🚚 Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp and email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping is included on all orders. No minimum order value required.
Tracking
A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp and email once your order is shipped. You can track your package through the courier partner's website.
Delays
While we strive to meet all timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier network issues, public holidays, or high-demand periods (festivals, wedding season). We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.
📦 Return & Refund Policy
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nail sets. All products are sealed and freshly prepared for each customer. We hope you understand and appreciate this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 99999 99999 within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the item(s) and the packaging. We will replace your order or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed.
Custom Orders
Custom nail sets are made exclusively for you based on your design specifications. Custom orders are non-refundable. We confirm all design details with you on WhatsApp before we begin crafting, so please review carefully before giving your approval.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds for damaged or incorrect orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet). You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Opened or Used Products
Products that have been opened, used, or partially applied are not eligible for return under any circumstances, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address when you place an order. This information is used solely for order fulfilment, delivery coordination, and customer support.

We share your shipping address and contact number with our courier partner solely for delivery purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any other third party.
Payment Security
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. ForQueen never sees, stores, or processes your card details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
Data Retention
We retain your order and contact information for a reasonable period to handle support queries and comply with applicable laws. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing us at forqueenbydivart@gmail.com.
Cookies
Our website may use essential cookies for cart functionality and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
